Cookies

So-called cookies are used on some of the web pages. Cookies do not damage your computer and they contain no viruses. Cookies are for making our platform more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files deposited on your computer which your browser saves.

Most of the cookies we use are "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Others remain saved on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to again detect your browser on your next visit.

You can adjust your browser such that you are informed about cookies being set, that you only permit cookies in individual instances, that you exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or universally and that you activate automatic deletion of the cookies when the browser is closed. Server log files

The provider of the pages collects and automatically saves information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. That is:
Browser type and browser version
operating system used

time of the server inquiry
IP address

This data is not combined with other data sources. The basis for the processing of data is Article 6, Section 1 f) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact Form

Inquiries which we receive from you on the contact form will be saved together with the contact data you have indicated in order for us to process the inquiry and be in a position to respond to any subsequent questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form thus takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6 Section 1 a) of the GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. It is sufficient to send us an informal note by e-mail for this. The legality of the data processing procedures that take place until revocation is not affected by the revocation.

We retain the data that you enter in the contact form until such time as you request us to delete the data or revoke your consent to its storage, or until the purpose of the data storage no longer exists (e.g. after completion of the processing of your enquiry). Mandatory legal requirements – in particular archiving periods – are not affected.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (referred to in the following as "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the entry of data on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. To do this reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor on the basis of various features. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various items of information (e.g. IP address, duration of the visitor's stay on the website or the mouse movements made by the user). The data recorded during the analysis are forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses take place entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

The processing of the data takes place on the basis of Article 6 Section 1 f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his websites against abusive automated spying and spam.

Plugins and tools

Adobe Typekit

For the uniform display of fonts, this page uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Adobe Typekit. On calling a page your browser loads the necessary web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose the browser you are using must establish a connection to the Adobe Typekit servers (in the USA). As a result of this Adobe Typekit becomes aware that our website was called via your IP address. Adobe Typekit web fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing display of our websites. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Section 1 f) of the GDPR.

A standard font from your computer will be used if your browser does not support web fonts.

Further information can be found in the Adobe Typekit data protection notes.
