What is a ROTARY UNION?
A Rotary Union or rotating joint is a machine element, making it possible to feed a medium from a stationary line into a rotating machine section or drum and/or return it.

ROTARY UNIONS are available in four constructional types:
1. single input/output line
2. combined input/output line for stationary syphon pipe
3. combined input/output line for rotating siphon pipe
4. multiport joints
Input and output line the most times are interchanseable. |
